1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and services by Skyfleet Components Ltd. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Payments
• All orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept payments via Card Payments- Master, Visa and America Express Cards and Mobile Money: M-Pesa.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
• The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Order Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
4.2 Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• A return authorization must be obtained before sending back any product.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• A restocking fee of 3% may apply to certain returns.
4.3 Defective or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 2 days of receipt with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
5. Warranty & Liability
• Products may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
• Skyfleet Components Ltd is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or installation.
6. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
